The SA Chapter of the Hellenic Australian Lawyers (SA Chapter) is pleased to invite you to the 2023 John William Perry AO QC Oration in Adelaide on Friday 27 October 2023 – Proudly supported by DMAW Lawyers, WRP Legal & Advisory and Wallmans Lawyers.
The HAL Oration is an annual dinner celebrating the life and contribution of the late Honourable Justice John William Perry, who was the first Justice of the Supreme Court of South Australia of Hellenic background, and served the Court for 19 years.
The Oration is to be delivered by the Honourable Justice Stephen Gageler AC, Justice of the High Court of Australia on the topic of “Democracy and Reason”.

The oration by the Honourable Justice Gageler AC will begin from 6.00pm for a 6.15pm start. Following this, the formal seated dinner will commence from 7.15pm.
Tickets include a three-course banquet and premium drinks.
$150 for HAL Members, Cost is $170 for Non-Members, and $125 for Students.
There is also an option to purchase a table of 10 seats for $1500.
