    • HAL May from time to time allow you to only make a Booking or Order by entering an account password issued to you by HAL (Password). You agree that you will not disclose, or permit disclosure of, the Password to any person. You will be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of any person who enters into an Order using the Password, as if they were your own acts and omissions. HAL will not in any event be liable for any loss, damage, claims, costs or expenses arising out of the use or misuse of the Password, and you will indemnify HAL against all loss, damage, claims, costs or demands in this regard.
    • You may elect to change the Password at any time using the facility provided on the Website. You must immediately notify HAL of any Password which is lost, inoperable or used in an unauthorised manner.
  3. Ordering goods and services

All Orders of goods or services from HAL are governed by these Usage Terms, the Trading Terms and any relevant terms of third party websites that are involved in the sale of the goods or services (including privacy policies). You agree to the terms and conditions relating to prices, quotations, orders, delivery and returns as set out in the Trading Terms.
