A good turnout of South Australian HAL members attended a recent seminar on “Practical Greek Law”, held at Wallman Lawyers in Adelaide.
The seminar focussed on the many legal and practical issues facing Australians who own property in Greece.
The issues are of particular concern to the older generation when it comes to matters of succession, as well as for their adult children who will need to eventually deal with their parent’s wishes in relation to that property.
