The first annual general meeting of HAL will be held on 27 May 2015 at 6.00 pm.
Please save the date and note this important date in your diary.
Notices and proxy forms will be forwarded to members in due course.
In accordance with the Rules of HAL, only current financial members are eligible to vote at the annual general meeting.
If your membership subscription is due to expire prior to the AGM you will be sent a membership renewal form. Look out for the membership renewal form and please note that membership renewal forms and payment of membership dues must be received by the Secretary prior to the annual general meeting.
If you are considering membership of HAL and attending the annual general meeting, please note that to be eligible to vote at the meeting at least 10 business days must have passed since you became a member.
A person becomes a member of HAL upon approval of their application by the committee.
